In April 2003, we adopted Socrates Henry McGinley from CARE. We met Henry at an adoption event at Phydeaux in Carrboro. He was lovingly fostered by Beate on her farm in Chatham County. Henry, now three years old, is an absolutely delightful dog - we feel very fortunate to have him in our family!
Even though we now live in Maryland, CARE will always be close to our hearts :) A thousand thanks to Beate and the other dedicated CARE volunteers who help so many animals!
